Nelson Apjohn Authors Chapter on Dispositive Motions in MCLE’s Massachusetts Superior Court Civil Practice Manual
Print PDFNelson Apjohn, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, contributed a chapter to the third edition of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s (MCLE) Massachusetts Superior Court Civil Practice Manual. Nelson authored the chapter on “Dispositive Motions” in this manual, which is a cornerstone of MCLE's civil litigation collection and offers a broad-based, intensive and practical grounding in the topics vital to trial practice in the Superior Court. Topics such as developing top-notch trial advocacy techniques, navigating Rule 9 and its many details, perfecting discovery through motions practice, presenting and excluding evidence at trial, and understanding the many requirements of dispositive motions, are featured in this edition. Melanie Woodward, an associate in the Litigation Department, also assisted with the chapter.
